On behalf of the International Conference on Computing, Networking, and Communications (ICNC 25) Technical Program Committee, it is our great honor to warmly welcome you to the Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

During the past ten years, the successes of ICNC'2012-ICNC'2020 and ICNC'2023-ICNC'2024 have showcased the rapid convergence and integration of computing, networking and communications in many applications, such as mobile and multimedia computing, sensor networks, smart grids, and vehicular networks. It is our great pleasure to keep building such a high-quality technical conference platform that covers all converging aspects of computing, networking and communications, so that our communities can share, exchange, and accelerate knowledge and technologies. Like its predecessors, ICNC'2025 continues on the path of this successful series to meet this goal.

ICNC'2025 technical program includes 35 technical sessions to be held between Feb. 17-20th, 2025. Besides regular papers, ICNC'25 features 4 keynote lectures to be given by world-class researchers Alan Bovik (NAE/NAI member, IEEE Fellow) Cockrell Family Regents Endowed Chair Professor, University of Texas at Austin, USA; Changwen Chen (IEEE/SPIE Fellow, MAE), Chair Professor, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China, Kaushik Rajashekara (NAE member, IEEE/NAI/SAE Fellow), Distinguished Professor of Engineering, University of Houston, USA; and Masayuki Ariyoshi (IEICE Fellow), Professor, Tohoku University, Japan. The conference also has 4 distinguished lectures and 32 invited talks across the technical program. We hope that you will find our high-quality technical program enjoyable and entertaining.
