Welcome to the Annual International Conference on Computing, Networking and Communications (ICNC 2025), February 17-20, 2025, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

On behalf of the International Conference on Computing, Networking and Communications (ICNC 2025) Executive Committee, we are pleased to welcome you to ICNC 2025-Honolulu. It has been a real honor and privilege to serve as the General Chair of this conference.

Continuing the successful trend since ICNC 2018-2020 and 2024, ICNC 2025 has brought together a tremendous and rich diversity of authors and speakers from academia, government, and industry around the globe to share ideas and new perspectives on a wide range of computing, communications, and networking research. The popularity of ICNC as a major forum for computing, communications, and networking research is now well established.

This year's conference program consists of technical sessions that include contributed papers, invited papers, and workshops. ICNC 2025 features five keynote lectures by world leaders. Everyday, the conference program starts with the keynote lecture. The five keynote lectures are

  • "Secrets of Video Quality", by Alan Bovik (NAE/NAI member, IEEE Life Fellow), Cockrell Family Regents Endowed Chair Professor, University of Texas at Austin, USA.
  • "Contemporary Visual Computing for 6G Semantic Communications: Challenges and Opportunities", by Changwen Chen (IEEE/SPIE Fellow, MAE), Chair Professor, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China.
  • "Challenges and future trends in electrification of transportation", by Kaushik Rajashekara (NAE member, IEEE/NAI/SAE Fellow), Distinguished Professor of Engineering, University of Houston, USA.
  • "Creating Value through Space Integrated Networks towards 6G", by Masayuki Ariyoshi (IEICE Fellow), Professor, Tohoku University, Japan.
  • "Multi-AP Coordination Approaches over Emerging WLANs: Future Directions and Open Challenges", by Nei Kato (IEEE/IEICE Fellow), Professor, Tohoku University, Japan.

The conference also features six plenary lectures by world distinguished researchers. They are

  • "Hybrid Quantum-Classic Computing for Future Network Optimization and Machine Learning", by Zhu Han (IEEE/ACM/AAAS Fellow), John and Rebecca Moores Professor, University of Houston, USA.

  • "Building a Secure 6G: Lessons from 5G Vulnerabilities and Future Directions", by Matthew Valenti (IEEE Fellow), Professor, West Virginia University, USA.

ICNC 2025 also features four Distinguished Lectures and thirty-two Invited Talks. We are pleased to have the following Distinguished Lecturers:
