On behalf of the International Conference on Computing, Networking, and Communications (ICNC 24) Technical Program Committee, it is our great honor to warmly welcome you to the Big Island, Hawaii, USA.

During the past nine years, the successes of ICNC'2012-ICNC'2020 and ICNC'2023 have showcased the rapid convergence and integration of computing, networking and communications in many applications, such as mobile and multimedia computing, sensor networks, smart grids, and vehicular networks. It is our great pleasure to keep building such a high-quality technical conference platform that covers all converging aspects of computing, networking and communications, so that our communities can share, exchange, and accelerate knowledge and technologies. Like its predecessors, ICNC'2024 continues on the path of this successful series to meet this goal.

ICNC'2024 technical program includes 36 technical sessions to be held on February 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2024. Besides regular papers, ICNC'24 features 4 keynote lectures to be given by world-class researchers Robert Calderbank (NAS/NAE member, IEEE/AAAS Fellow, AT&T Fellow) Charles S. Sydnor Professor, Duke University, USA; Aggelos K. Katsaggelos (IEEE Fellow) Joseph Cummings Professor Department of ECE, Northwestern University, USA; H. Vincent Poor (NAS/NAE, IEEE/AAAS Fellow) Michael Henry Strater University Professor, Princeton University, USA; and Yuanyuan Yang (IEEE/NAI Fellow) SUNY Distinguished Professor, Stony Brook University, USA. The conference also has 6 plenary talks, 4 distinguished lectures, and 26 invited talks across the technical program.
