The hotel extends special group rate for three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference date, thus the rate would be in effect from January 26-Feb. 5, 2012, based on the availability.

Reservation may be made, modified or canceled by individuals on-line before the cut-off date. The reservation can also be made via phone by calling 1-888-421-1442 and referring to the conference name "ICNC 2012". Reservation must be made on or before the cut off date.

Room rates are exclusive of a daily resort fee of $25.00 provides the following services and amenities to enhance the guest experiences: Admission for 2 persons daily to the oceanfront Spa Moana Fitness center, Maui News delivered Monday through Friday to guestroom, Access calls to 800/888 phone numbers, Local telephone calls, In-room coffee and tea, In-room safe, 1 hour tennis court time, Wireless Internet Access at guest room.
